tsb-yachting.com presents yacht charter services, yacht brokerage listings and real estate investment opportunities, and allows visitors to send booking requests and enquiries. Use of this website implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking or a contract. No payment is taken online. All requests are subject to availability and are confirmed personally by our team, normally within 24 hours. A charter becomes binding only when confirmed in writing and, where applicable, when the corresponding charter contract has been signed and any agreed payment received.
