1. Purpose of this website
tsb-yachting.com presents yacht charter services, yacht brokerage listings and real estate investment opportunities, and allows visitors to send booking requests and enquiries. Use of this website implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking requests
Submitting a booking request through this website does not constitute a confirmed booking or a contract. No payment is taken online. All requests are subject to availability and are confirmed personally by our team, normally within 24 hours. A charter becomes binding only when confirmed in writing and, where applicable, when the corresponding charter contract has been signed and any agreed payment received.
3. Prices and what they include
- Day-charter prices in Mallorca are shown with VAT included unless stated otherwise. Fuel is billed separately where indicated on the boat's page.
- Mandatory extras (for example skipper or final cleaning on specific vessels) are stated on the relevant boat's page and in the booking summary.
- Weekly charters aboard TO JE TO are quoted excluding VAT and APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) and are contracted under MYBA terms. The APA — typically 40% of the net charter rate — covers fuel, food, beverages and port fees, and is reconciled at the end of the charter.
- Security deposits, where applicable, are stated on the relevant boat's page.
- All estimates shown online are indicative; the final price is confirmed before the charter contract is signed.
4. Charter conditions
- Guests must follow the instructions of the skipper or captain at all times. The skipper may modify or cancel an itinerary for safety or weather reasons; in such cases we will propose an alternative date or route where possible.
- Where a vessel may be chartered without skipper, a valid nautical license accepted in Spain is required, and proof must be presented before departure.
- Maximum guest capacities stated on each boat's page are legal limits and cannot be exceeded.
- Cancellation conditions are set out in the individual charter contract provided at confirmation.
5. Brokerage and real estate listings
Details of vessels for sale and real estate listed on this website are provided by third parties (owners and collaborating brokers). They are believed correct but are not guaranteed, are not contractual, and may be modified or withdrawn without notice. Buyers should instruct their own surveys and legal advisers.
6. Intellectual property
The contents of this website — texts, design, logos and images (except third-party material used with permission of its owners) — belong to the site owner or are used under licence, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Liability
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damages arising from the use of this website or from third-party websites linked from it.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant jurisdiction elsewhere. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
