We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Where providers process data outside the EEA, transfers rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to two years afterwards for follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Data linked to a concluded charter contract is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (14 months).
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@tsb-yachting.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
