MANSOOR was never built to be chartered. She was commissioned as the private tender to a Qatari sheikh's megayacht, with a single instruction: that nothing be missing. A panoramic electric sunroof opens the saloon to the sky at the touch of a button. A high-end JL Audio system, calibrated to sound as clean at 30 knots as it does at anchor in a quiet cove. A hydraulic submersible bathing platform that lowers beneath the surface and turns the stern into a private beach, with a Seabob waiting below to disappear among the rocks and come back grinning.
She was called MANSOOR then. She is still called MANSOOR now. The only thing that has changed is who steps aboard.
Sunseeker built the Predator for impatient people. A deep-V planing hull that cuts through the Mediterranean chop instead of slamming it, and power to spare, enough that Formentor stops being 'a whole day out' and becomes a decision you make after breakfast. On board: an unusually large bow sun pad for 75 feet, an aft cockpit with a dining table and a view, interiors in warm woods and leather, air conditioning throughout, and cabins for when the day runs long.
A day aboard, the way we design it: leave Palma coffee in hand and run south to Cala Blava and Cala Vella: turquoise water over sand, the platform down and the Seabob in the water before anyone has looked at a phone. Lunch at a beach shack you can only reach by sea, or a table held for you at one of the island's beach clubs. In the afternoon, depending on the wind: the cliffs of the Serra de Tramuntana falling sheer into the water, or Cap de Formentor if the day allows. A quiet anchor for sunset, music low, and back to port with the specific feeling of a day fully used. And if you would rather do none of it, that is fine too. The itinerary is yours.
We are not a rental company. We are from here. Anyone can rent you a boat; what you cannot buy is knowing which cove has shade at four in the afternoon, where to anchor when the southwest embat comes in, and which restaurant is worth it in August and which is not. Our captain and crew sail these waters all year. Before every departure they read the forecast, match it to what you want, and propose the route that actually works that day.
Included: professional captain and crew, fuel for the agreed route, Seabob, snorkelling gear, towels, a cooler with ice and water, and JL Audio you can connect your own device to. On request: catering on board, beach club and restaurant reservations, décor for special occasions, a photographer, and transfers from your hotel or the airport.
